Established Business Opportunity for Rent or Sale

We are a senior Thai / Farang enterpreneur couple who created the bistro restaurant and operate it since December 2022 investing a considerable amount of own moeny into the venture.

Guests find here a contemporarily designed and cozy interior. The concept and marketing targets an elevated clientele offering them hearty, international and Thai cuisine.

Besides the visiting guests, the concept includes TAKE-AWAY and delivery service via own staff or GRAB.

Since a few months now we reached the break even and write since late 2023 positive numbers.

Because of our other business next door we do not have the energy which such a business demands. We  therefore wish to find a competent operator who would be wanting to start an own venture.

Another option could be to find a partner who has the motivation and energy to take over the operations and operate the business as a business partner.

All options are open and on the table for the right person. Ideally it would be a Thai/Farang mixed couple.

We will assist in setting up the legal frame including company set-up, working visa, work permit for a foreigner if needed.

Minimum required capital is 1,000,000 Baht.
